作为TeraFlash的配件,Imaging Extension利用两台精密线性平台移动样品通过太赫兹光束焦点进行扫描。通过将样品平台移动与TeraFlash振动器同步,可实现每秒高达16像素的高测量速度。我们针对希望使用自行搭配光学元件的科研人员提供基础配套设置,而完整版设置则包括用于光束整形和聚焦的抛物面镜。
