TOPTICA Photonics Becomes a European Company (SE)

The legal change became effective on July 18, 2025, upon its entry into the commercial register of the Munich Local Court under HRB 304048. TOPTICA Photonics SE remains legally and economically identical to TOPTICA Photonics AG.

The conversion has no impact on the ongoing business activities or existing contractual relationships of TOPTICA Photonics AG. All contracts (business transactions, non-disclosure agreements, framework agreements, etc.) concluded under the legal form "AG" remain fully valid under TOPTICA Photonics SE. The company’s VAT identification number, bank details, and contact persons remain unchanged. The registered office also continues to be located at the familiar address in Gräfelfing near Munich.

This change reflects the international structure of the TOPTICA Group, both corporately and in terms of its employees. With subsidiaries in the USA, France, Japan, and China, and operations in over 100 countries worldwide, TOPTICA Photonics SE is well positioned to continue pioneering innovations in laser technology and strengthening its competitive position in the global market.
