HighFinesse WF series
Fast wavelength meter
Ultra-fast to uncover the hidden frequency behaviour on short time scales even of the weakest light sources
HighFinesse WF series
Fast wavelength meter
The HighFinesse WF-Series features the fastest commercially available wavelength meters with ultra-high measurement rates for monitoring ultrafast wavelength dynamics. Readout rates can reach up to 24 kHz in the 380–1064 nm range and up to 76 kHz in the 980–1650 nm range. Models are available covering 380–2600 nm.
Based on robust Fizeau technology, these wavelength meters offer excellent absolute accuracies down to 60 MHz and superb sensitivity, allowing them to achieve high measurement rates even in low-light applications. The instruments are equipped with an external trigger option for synchronization with measurement tasks using standard TTL triggers at the input.
Fast swept laser sources can be precisely characterized with these wavelength meters, opening up new possibilities in spectroscopy and metrology applications.

Your Benefits
Ultra-fast measurement rates
Fast measurement rates in combination with a maximum data acquisition rate of up to 76 kHz.
Time resolved insights
The FAST Series combines excellent accuracy with the maximum data acquisition rate up to 76 kHz. Even fast dynamics in the kHz range can be measured this way.
Oscilloscope mode
This special software feature displays frequency dynamics as in an oscilloscope and can show frequencies either relative to a reference or as an absolute value.
Included external trigger
The External Trigger (ET) option guarantees synchronization between pulsed excitation and measurement. It provides low-noise signals without parasitic parts when measuring pulsed signals with low duty cycles.
