The laser offers superior temporal and spatial beam quality, which are developed and optimized for ophthalmologic applications. The FemtoFiber vario 1030 provides large flexibility with respect to the laser parameters and features continuously adjustable pulse duration and pulse energy and a highly adjustable repetition rate down to pulse-on-demand. Due to its industrial-grade, passively-cooled design and the detachable, compact laser head, the FemtoFiber vario 1030 is an excellent fit for OEM integrators.

One of the main benefits for the user is the unique pulse-on-demand design that is provided with the laser. Unlike any other fiber-laser technology, the unique pulse-on-demand realization of the FemtoFiber vario 1030 allows the user to pick the emitted pulses directly from the fundamental pulse train of the oscillator.
