TOPTICA TeraFlash smart系统采用名为ECOPS("Electronically Controlled OPtical Sampling",即电子控制光学采样)的专有方案。该系统包括两个同步飞秒激光,无需机械延迟。这使得超高速测量成为可能:TeraFlash smart系统每秒可识别1600个完整太赫兹波形,可以前所未有的高速度实现太赫兹厚度测量。因此,该系统可用于测量快速移动的样品,例如传送带,造纸机,或挤塑线等。
