Returning products for repair
If you would like to return a product to TOPTICA for repair please contact us prior to sending it to us so we can issue an RMA-number for you. In this way we can coordinate the return of your laser with the logistics and production department and make sure that your products is repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible.
Office hours
You can usually reach us by phone between 8:00-18:00 Central European Time (CET). If no service employee is available to answer your call you will be automatically re-routed to one of our colleagues who will take your contact info and make sure your call is returned.
