The TA / FA FHG pro is a tunable, diode-based laser source in the deep UV spectral range. The system consists of an external cavity diode laser, a high power semiconductor (TA) or fiber (FA) amplifier, and two cascaded second harmonic generation stages (SHG pro). The TA / FA FHG pro systems cover wavelengths from 200 nm to 295 nm – with best possible beam quality, long coherence length, true cw operation, and in a reliable setup.
