miniScan – Scan Generator with Piezo Driver and Photo Diode Amplifier for Fabry-Perot Interferometers

- Stand-alone scan generator and photo diode amplifier
- HV output range 0 – 100 V
- Scan frequency range 100 mHz – 200 Hz
- Built-in transimpedance amplifier
- 6-stage gain switch for PD amplifier
- Designed for scanning interferometers, e.g. FPI 100
The miniScan 102 comprises a scan generator, piezo driver and a photodetector amplifier. The unit has been designed for scanning interferometers like TOPTICA’s FPI 100 and matches the amplitude and frequency range of standard piezo actuators. However it can also be used independently for everyday laboratory tasks. A simpler version without PD amplifier is also available (miniScan 100).
