- FINE – Feedback Induced Noise Eraser: Purely electronic feature, making the iBEAM smart insensitive to optical feedback (no isolator, noise eater etc.)
- SKILL – SpeckleKILLer: Reducing speckles by decreasing the longitudinal coherence lengths of emitted light to a minimum

- Fiber coupling - SmartDock
Especially designed for the iBeam smart TOPTICA's SmartDock turns the iBeam smart into a rugged fiber coupled diode laser system. Both single-mode and polarization-maintaining fibers can be connected to the SmartDock. Better than 60 % coupling efficiency is guaranteed but efficiencies up to 90 % have been demonstrated due to the high beam quality of the iBeam smart. - Wavelength selection
Whenever a process shows extreme spectral dependence, the iBeam can be ordered with a tighter wavelength tolerance (e.g. 407 ± 1 nm). Thus you can be sure to get the ideal laser emission for your process.
