A highlight of TOPTICA’s broad range of scientific diode lasers is the live demonstration of a new auto-aligning hands-free SHG diode laser unit. Additionally, the MiniMOT™ provided by our partner ColdQuanta will trap rubidium atoms live. A TA pro 780 cools the atoms to only 300 Microkelvin. A fiber-coupled DL pro serves as repumping laser. The lasers are stabilized either by the DigiLock plus COSY or a wavelength meter.

Ultrafast Fiber Lasers

Compact and robust ultrafast fiber lasers deliver femtosecond pulses for nonlinear microscopy, time-domain OCT or transient spectroscopy. With our partner Biophotonic Solutions we will display the femtosecond fiber laser FemtoFiber pro SCIR along with the femtoFitTM. This setup demonstrates how to correct for the dispersion caused by optical elements in a microscope. This way, pulses of less than 10 fs can be generated directly at the sample.

The iChrome MLE employs TOPTICA’s COOLAC technology and will demonstrate unique new features: the auto-calibration function and high-speed high dynamic range pulse modulation.
TOPTICA´s iBeam smart diode lasers have ramped up in power  (e.g. up to 250 mW @ 405 nm, 100 mW @ 473 nm, 150 mW @ 488 nm). All OEM diode lasers feature SKILL to reduce speckle patterns.

BlueMode - Power & CHARM

The BlueMode is TOPTICA’s answer to the quest for the “blue HeNe laser”. TOPTICA’s proprietary CHARM technology, a “world’s first” technique for active coherence control, guarantees continuous single-frequency operation. The successful BlueMode wavelengths (405, 445 and 488 nm) are complemented by new GreenMode (515 nm) and RedMode (638 and 685 nm) models. All models feature a TEM00 beam profile and a coherence length of more than 25 meters.

The fiber based femtosecond laser FemtoFErb 1560 is ideally suited for time-resolved THz spectroscopy. It will be displayed as part of a live time-domain THz system, set up in cooperation with Zomega Terahertz Corp. The FemtoFErb 1560 is part of the new FemtoFiber smart family. With their compact footprint and a robust hands-off design they are the perfect fit for OEM integration.
