The TA-FHG 110 is a complete laser system consisting of an external cavity diode laser (ECDL), a high power semiconductor optical amplifier and two second harmonic generation stages (SHG 110) for producing the fourth harmonic.
The FL-FHG utilizes a cw fiber laser instead of the ECDL and amplifier.
Together, these systems span the UV spectrum from 205 nm up to 280 nm with powers up to 100 mW.
