The PID 110 is a proportional integral differential regulator for the diode laser system DL 100 and can be used for various control tasks, such as stabilization of the laser frequency to the edge of an atomic resonance or to an Airy peak of an interferometer transmission curve. The flexible design allows use of the PID 110 both for applications that require a low voltage output (e.g. for stabilization of a laser to an atomic transition) and for high voltage tasks (e.g. to control the Piezo actuator of the diode laser for direct active stabilization of the laser cavity length). The PID 110 is thus a very general regulator module and offers flexible handling of all relevant control parameters. |

- useful optical display of the control lock status with 3 LEDs (search, unlock, reset)
- Ramp/Modulation ON/OFF switch and regulation ON/OFF switch
- inversion of the control output with switch POS/NEG
- on request a relock-mechanism can be activated (automatic search for the next stabilization mode) when stabilizing on external resonators, FPI´s etc., indicated by red relock-LED
- external modulation input or internal synchronisation with scan control SC 110 possible
- controller ON/OFF switch
- HF-tight cassette, width 12 TE (60 mm)
